Get photos, ringtones,etc from my computer to my Desire memory card ?.

Is this what is called syncing?

I have AppleMac Snow Leopard.

Hook it up with the USB cable, then select the third option.

It should appear as an external drive, where you can simply drag & drop the music to a folder.

Also get a copy of missing sync for android. I use version 1.2 on my Macbook and it links perfectly with iTunes, iPhoto etc for playlists, ringtones, video conversions etc.
