Root how do you get in to the d2 phone with out activating it

phone was reset and know there is no service so wont let me in phjone with out activation how do you bypass this problem

At the screen with the Activate and Emergency Calls Only (or something like that) tap the four corners of the black area around the little green dood.

Top Left --> Top right --> Bottom Right --> Bottom Left

You can then configure your WiFi and be all set.
