I'm curious to know how long it takes for your Inspire to restart. Mine takes about 2 full minutes. It sits on the ATT boot screen for over a minute. That seems long to me but perhaps my expectations are just too high. It's not rooted, running GB and fast-boot is enabled. Is that time normal or should I look deeper into this?

Are you referring to a complete power off then back on or the restart option?

For me a complete power off then back on with fast boot enabled takes about a minute.

I was referring to the restart. I usually always restart, unless my battery drains completely and powers off itself. But I just powered off, waited a minute, and then powered back on, and that only took 30 secs at most. Then I turned off fast boot, powered off then back on again, and it took the same time as a restart. So I guess fast boot only applies when you power on. Good to know. Thanks.

It is faster to shut off the phone and turn it back on rather than press restart. If restarting, the same thing happens to me, it stays on the AT&T screen.
