125k. IF they have some commercials. They also need to start marketing the SenseUI more. The general public doesn't care about huge specs that they don't know what they mean. They want useability like Apple. Tell them how EASY TO USE it is!!!!! No need to say 1GZ Processor in every commercial. Say 2x faster than... Don't say "HDMI out", say "plugs into your HDTV". The general consumer is dumb, and there are much more of them than us tech savvy people.
Also, market to business customers. Let them know that the phone has Exchange support, and that you can see your whole email like it was meant to be seen (unlike on a Blackberry). Just got an email from HP yesterday that was an unreadable mess on my Blackberry. Looked fine on the iPhone.
