Just post some numbers, and some details below

Before 2.2 i was fully calibrated and it showed 8.14 total life (unrooted)

Post 2.2 im showing between 20 and 22 full life. I have not done a full reset yet.

My wifes phone running 2.2 is showing 14.9 which is strange, she has less crap going on than i do lol.

Okay post some stats if you would.

EDIT, ROFL!!! I got so sick of my threads being moved into subforums i went and made this one in the tips or support section (cant remember which) and it got moved into main chat. haha i cant win lol. But it would be better here, so thanks mods.

I know, there is no rhyme or reason for a lot of the moves, at least none that I understand. But I know the Mods and guides are doing their best to try and keep some organization in the forums.

Battery left widget is a great app. At first it said 14 hours. I waited a couple weeks and re did it, now it says 28 hours. it stayed at 28 after ota. There is a setting that allows it to constantly re calibrate. Necosino started a very good thread about it. On phone so not gonna search for it right now.
Btw gonna move this to the hidden rsarno section. Lol

WTF. My phone really is messed up.

    On 2.1: 12-15 hours
    On 2.2: 7-9 hours

I did not to a factory reset.
This makes me a sad panda, especially since I'm using the 1750. I'd shudder to think what it would be with the stock battery.

play with the settings and recalibrate, if you havent done so since froyo update.

Also the 1750 is not much different than stock

I used it on 2.1 and 2.2. Can't say for sure what the total time was prior to 2.2. Right now when I pull it off the charger it says about 40 hours. Now, I'm not a power user. I can usually get two full days or more on the weekend. During the week when I'm at work my signal is weaker and it has to struggle so I'm sure I'm getting an average of the two scenarios.

I still only get a few hours of use. But I expect that. Its more than my laptop get running on battery. I am curious though how my battery life stacks up.

    More data:

I am a light to moderate user. I have the stock battery. I installed 2.2 via RUU, so there was a factory reset involved. I calibrated to "accurate" and set calibration ongoing.

    2.1 - 14-16 hrs.
    2.2 - 22-28 hrs.

Light to moderate user, I suppose. Rooted, no other changes. Using the stock 1300mAh battery.

BatteryLeft stats after 2.2 update: total life 50:38. Still calibrating, but showing as 99% accurate.

This tells me that 2.2 is the same or better than 2.1 batterywise, at least in my case. With 2.1 I was getting a total life of around 51:00, but that was with a Hydra undervolted kernel, which had added about 15% to my battery life. Using those numbers, I suspect that the same kernel would give me about 57 hours under 2.2.

I'm satisfied with it. No need to change the kernel.

I've already recalibrated, this is what the new calibration told me.

And the 1750 IS better than stock, thank you very much. I used the stock battery for a while and noticed a difference right away when I switched. Something very similar to the difference in mAhs.

i've been using hte 1750 since i got the incredible...used it on my eris...and after last nights BS with it dropping 30% within an hour in my pocket, i'm fed up with it. i'm using the stock red incredible battery now (just opened it outta the package actually) and i'm seeing little to NO difference from my seideio 1750. maybe my 1750 is bad or something, but idk, my friends incredible with his stock red battery is getting MUCH longer usage out of his phone since 2.2 than i got on 2.2 with the 1750.

Your phone =/= your friends phone.

Meaning just because he is getting better battery life, doesn't mean the battery is at fault. This thread alone should prove that every phone can vary wildly in battery life, due to signal strength, app usage, screen brightness, wifi and GPS use, etc.

Also, I'd wait and cycle a few times to see any difference between batteries. Your phone gets calibrated to one battery, so switching takes a while for it to change.

I am getting 10:39 hours with accurate readings. I recalibrated right after I got 2.2.

 what are you talking about:cool:
If you are using your phone more then batteryleft will reflect that in your time till dead meter, wait a week or 2 and re calibrate, chances are it will tell you a much higher number.
^^ same response as before. If you use your phone a lot during re calibration then you will get a very low number.
