How many personal to-do tracking apps/systems do you use?

Just a fun topic, maybe will encourage discussion of to-do list apps in a different way.

For my main to-do list, I use Google Tasks on PC which syncs with

Except eating haggis and drinking whisky, at least that's what I've heard about people from Scotland

I use S Planner because it seems to be the only app to display Exchange tasks in its widget...

Seriously though i sometimes use google Now to set reminders :thumbup:

I use Teamwork PM to manage all my projects so my to-do lists are there. I primarily use it on my desktop and have the Android app on my tablet and smartphone so I can see my tasks from anywhere.

I use Evernote (I am an Evernote junkie) to capture any ideas, thoughts etc.

So judging by resonse so far, I am alone is using multiple to-do programs/applications? I'm a little surprised at that. I was expecting others adopt similar approach as me (multiple to-do programs) because there is no one perfect to-do app for all purposes... each has it's strength and area where it makes sense.

Re: Evernote - that is my next planned topic - "how many apps do you use to capture information in your life". My sense is I have the right number of to-do apps to suit my own personal style and work effectively, but way too many different ways to capture info, so finding info when I need it is not so straightforward.

What should be the benefit of multiple apps doing one and the same purpose?

I do try new apps from time to time, but I choose only one app to keep my tasks and todo lists in. Otherwise, I would have to check multiple places.

Since I teach time management for a living, that would just be wrong!

I use Any.Do for basic to-dos per day (like drink meds, buy this, buy that, etc). Mainly stuff that I need nagging for (because the app has an unclearable notification). The calendar gets the usual schedules and homeworks and meetings and stuff.
