    499 plus tax...

It was either get the phone for 199 via upgrade and have them destroy my plan or pay the phone outright and then I keep my plan...lol

I bought the phone outright because I will make the phone's price up in about 6 months with my plan..lol

Oh well... I like this phone, it does feel really light though coming from my htc hero... almost cheap light for some reason... SOOOO fast though!!

They would force you to change your plan if you use an upgrade?

Yep. my plan is so cheap that I pay less than 25 bucks for it via our company discount... so it's alright for me to just outright buy the phone when its time for a new one... If I use mt upgrade they would put me onn that dam 70 plan.... NO THANKS!..LOL

That's awesome. How much of a discount do you get? Like 70%? If don't mind me asking, where do you work?

You are much better off purchasing the Epic Touch and then selling the Photon on eBay or Craigslist if the phone is in good shape.

I would imagine that the Photon is getting a pretty good price in the marketplace.
