I have moved as many apps as possible to the SD card. I have 2 gB + of available SD card space on a 16 gB card which formats out to 14.83 gB. I clean out all caches once or twice a day. I have 21 apps downloaded and installed. And yes I realize that they are all different sized and have different memory usages. The Optimus T reports that 199.5 mB of Phone Space ROM exists. Right now I show 46 mB Free. This fluctuates regularly down to 21 mB and back - it's almost never the same. In another register I have Memory Info(RAM) listed as Used: 247, Free: 170, Total: 418 (all mB).

I went to the Market and installed a Nook "e-Reader" app to try it. This action really drove the device off the table. Kept getting "Your phone is running low on memory" and it wouldn't respond. I had a wicked time uninstalling it and I found I had to uninstall three more apps just to gain back control.

Is it Phone Space(ROM) that I should be worried about? To me, Phone Space(ROM) shouldn't fluctuate - it's Read Only Memory. Is it Memory Info(RAM) that I have to watch? Is there ever any opportunity to increase Phone Space(ROM)? How much memory do you folks have on your "Ts"? I'm just trying to get a handle on this thing.

    Thanks good people!
