    Hi

For the EU Swizerland and Curacao I habe this 10mbits unlimited plan from Vodafone Ireland.

You can get it on ebay.co.uk easy just search for Vodafone Ireland.

Why coudn't the US have this soft throttle?

I can stream Netflix and upload pictures and films easyly with it.

Ok I just know that many us providers throttle to 128 kbits or 256kbits

well with 5G coming to more cities here in the US, you will start to see Cellular companies throttle less.....which was one of the reasons why i switched to Verizon, since they were implementing 5G....can't say for other folks in other places.... it might be different.

FYI Vodafone Ireland seems to use bandwidth limits, depending on the particular tariff you're on.

This carrier is only relevant if you're in Ireland, or other EU countries.
