How safe is the ClockWorkMod from being deleted (by say..android viruses or NAND/storage corruption)

First, let me start off by saying I'm NOT using this information for anything bad. Second, This question comes from my days with "hacking" Wiis

Anyways, if for some reason, someone specificly targeted the ClockWorkMod install on a device, how easy would it be for them to uninstall/disable it?

And, if for some reason all/part of the NAND becomes corrupted, would the ClockWorkMod be left in a workable state? (I'm not sure how easy NAND corruption would be on the Droid, correct me if its impossible or slim to none)

I'm simply wondering because I'm kind of parinoid about this, I already have paper weights.
