How to access memos of my phone

Hi my phone is an android phone (Samsung Galaxy Pop Plus). Due to some reasons my phone is not working properly. It is not responding at all. It is just lying switched on. I am not able to EVEN switch it off.
There is very important data in the memo which i can't lose at any cost. How can i access the data stored in the memo?
Please help me. Any help would be highly appreciated.

The only thing i need to know is how can i see (just SEE the data in the memos) via my computer. The local recovery shop won't do because they are saying that they can't do a back up of memos.Please help.
