Help How to add Wifi Network?

Hi guys

This is probably a dumb question but I've only had my Nexus for a day so go easy

How do you add a Wifi network?!

I turn on wifi but it's not picking up the network at work I used to connect to on my Desire so where do I go next?

I've seen this screen online...

How can I get to that? (I'm not on Verizon btw)

Go to settings >Wifi

its the very first option. then at the bottom if for some strange reason your not seeing any Networks make sure at the top RIGHT of that screen the slider is ON like in your picture.. then, hit the scan button at the bottom right.
