Root How to build a prl file?

    Well my Sprint coverage has dropped dramatically in the last month or so. And there is a bunch of threads over on xda, the say "for any custom prl files just message me" which i have but i never get a response, so I figured I would make my own custom prl.

    You could try one of the Verizon PRLs. Those seem to work for people round here.

    Look into a thread called something like "Getting the Boot. Verzion PRL"

    It's about some users who tried (and one who succeeded) to get sprint to can them, w/o ETF.

    Yeah, I've tried those. The best I get is .10mbps down....While a friend of mine can be next to me with his verizon phone pulling down 1mbps....so I just need to make my own prl files...
