You should probably reformat the title of this thread in the form of a question, it's misleading. "How to calibrate the analog sticks" sounds like the title to an instructional or a tutorial, not a question. Next time use something along the lines of "How do I calibrate the analog sticks?"
As for your question, as far as I know there isn't any sort of configuration for them that I've found. Your problem might be application specific.
