I finally tethered my moment the other day, works great, the speed of the internet leaves much to be desired. Is there an app, piece of hardware or tweak ect. that can increase the speed/bandwidth of this phone.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't believe their is anything like an app etc to increase the bandwidth or speed as I would think it's network and signal dependant. Either way I haven't heard of any with this function anyway :)

Honestly that isent that bad a little slow but not completely horrible but that person running at 200-300kb a 2nd is just insanely fast for tethering. I can get a average of 100-175kb a 2nd.

    3g dl - 800 - 1200 kbps

    pdanet dl - 1200 - 2000 kbps

the 3g speed is awesome here in hawaii. :)

if you want more speed then the only thing you really can do is go to a area with good evdo signal and use it doing non peak hours. i get the most speed late nite early morning hours from 11pm - 4am. also you can try using latest version of opera web broswer. it has a feature called opera turbo and supposedly is optimized for slower connections. i never used it though.

It seems azlink is your problem. I am also using PDAnet and I get 1.5megs steady.
