How To Change A App's Icon

I don't wanna create a themed shortcut icon, I actually wanna change the app's icon so even when in whatever app drawer, app manager the newly styled icon will appear themed.

Acting weird, it'll only apply the single icon theme if I apply a icon pack theme...

It themed it once for me no problem then somehow got reset and now it's doing that only if I apply an icon pack.
