Support How to change lock screen wallpaper

    Just got the incredible but can't figure out how to change the lock screen wallpaper. Anyone know how? Thanks!

  2. I believe HTC took that option out. You can download an app to do so though (i.e. Lockbot)

    You need to download Lockbot, only way as said above.

    From a few of the reviews, it sounds like lockbot is pretty buggy. Anyone know of another option to be able to customize the wallpaper of the lock screen? I like the swipe lock, but I want to set up a wallpaper that is different from the one on the home screen.

    +1 I checked out Lockbot but it doesn't give the option for me to change the pic. It also doesn't offer the standard Incredible as a phone option. All I want to do is use a pic of my kids as the lockscreen image. Thanks in advance.

    Dont think you can for now. Im sure in a future update you will be able to. Im guess mostly the reason why is because older HTC Android phones would rely on the SD card instead of internal which is new for the Androids. Eris on 2.1 still has the option..
