There is a Free app Onavo that does a pretty good job at this.

With Boost's unlimited plan, don't know why you'd need it, but I'd highly recommend 3G Watchdog. It will track each app and if it is using cell or wifi data. Pretty cool app. Free version works fine.

Because someone asked me how many gigs I use per month.
    I said I didn't know.
    Maybe 2-3 gigs

I don't know about others, but I feel that I'm an intense user and I have a hard time breaking the one gig barrier. I've gotten close but no cigar. 800+ Meg. I do not tether really. YMMV.

Holy moly! I think I have a high opinion of myself. I do not do half the things that you do. I think I'm going to downgrade my usage to mild.
