Help How to claim accidental damage on desire HD

Hi everyone - a while ago i dropped my desire HD in water - never had insurance so got it repaired privately and immediately afterwards got it insured. Since it got repaired everything is fine except the speaker crackles and the new screen doesnt seat flush with the phone so i need to now claim under insurance for 'accidental damage' so i can get a replacement. I wanted advice on what reason to give on claiming or how to convince them for a replacement without causing a big fuss and in minimum time as possible. I dont want to claim under liquid damage because it has been proved it can be repaired so i dont want it repaired again. I need to give such a reason and execute the reason so they have no choice but to replace it.any advice ?

I think so. Insuring things retrospectively is defrauding the insurance company.

As such, I'm afraid we can't help you on this.
