    Hi,

I accidently took video while holding the phone in vertical position on my galaxy S3, now I have issues while playing the video in my laptop and Tv.The side of the video appears to have two black bars. Is there a way I could rectify this issue.

    Thanks in advance

    Hello adam!
I am not sure that can be done but I have not looked into it. Someone else may know other than me:p
But if you desire, you can check out your device forum here for help but I don't think that would be device related:

Or another forum to check out is here:

Hope that helps a tiny bit:)

There's no way that i know of to correct it without comprising the video quality. The TV has the black bars because the only way to get it to fit on screen is to zoom out and fill the empty space on the sides with black.

In the future, make sure to hold the phone sideways
