Please suggest how to copy documents from PC through USB cable instead of multimedia files? Right now there isn't such option when selecting a document.
Dropbox doesn't wotk, because there is no external connection.
Devices are Lenovo Thinkpad and Samsung tablet.

Activate the device as a USB mass storage device, and you can copy any files you want, just as if it were an external USB drive.

Thanks!

I guess external USB means that one can copy files from PC to tablet.

But is it possible to copy doc files from tablet to PC also? What then is needed?

You can copy files in either direction, PC to tablet or tablet to PC. Just find the tablet in your PC - it looks like any other external drive. Open it and copy files.

yes you can copy files, just insert the cable into your pc then go to my computer and you will see it listed as a disk drive, also you should get a popup asking you if you want to open the folder.

You know those USB dongles where you can save files? Your tablet will work exactly like that. Open my computer, and you will see your tablet there. Just copy and paste anything backward and forward with the PC.

Does the Samsung run on Android? Do they both go online? If so, it seems to me that Dropbox would work fine, with no cable necessary.
