    Hello,

This may seem like a dumb question but I just rooted my phone for the first time with the unrevoked method mainly for the purpose of deleting the apps that came with the phone. Only trouble is I'm still not sure how to do it now that it's rooted.
    Any suggestions?

    Thanks

Titanium Backup in Chuck Norris mode or Root Explorer by navigating to /system/app and deleting (while in R/W mode). I prefer the latter of the two. You can also use ADB to rm the apps but I'd guess very few people here are using that method anymore.

Also, a word of caution...don't get carried away. Some apps that might seem like delete material may bork the system if tampered with. Make a nandroid backup before deleting anything.
