Had someone root my phone with the Smash rom and I want to start deleting stock apps. Can someone patiently explain the process for this? Thank you.

Just be prudent in what you delete...some things shouldn't be deleted. Here's some good threads that discuss this in more detail:

    http://androidforums.com/all-things-root-eris/53646-unwanted-apps.html
    http://androidforums.com/all-things-root-eris/83127-how-delete-pre-installed-apps.html

Remember, its not how you delete an app, its whether or not its safe to delete an app.

Recommend making a Nandroid backup before deleting anything.

    Good luck!

    adb remount
    adb shell
    cd /data/app or cd /system/app
    rm -r xxxxx.apk

If my memory serves correct, I haven't had a phone in a week
