How to enable/activate Motoblur account in my Motorola Charm?

I Just bought a Motorola charm and i have the Motoblur icon on the back panel of the phone. but when the phone boots there is nothing showing up for setting up the Motoblur account. When i boot i can see the android boot screen and it goes directly to home screen. I don't understand why! Is Motoblur available in Indian version of the phone?

Thanks dude... but in add accounts i can see only Corporate Facebook and google accounts to add there... but when i list all my apps in /system/app i can find all Blur services there but nothing is in the phone menu
