I noticed that I can only get the lock screen widgets to work if i don't lock my phone.

I want to add the camera to my locked screen and keep my pin to unlock the phone.

is there a way to do that??

There's an Xposed module that will do that (look for Samsung Multiple Widgets), but the phone has to be rooted. Otherwise you can only get widgets on the lock screen if you use Swipe - anything else (pin, password, pattern) disables that.

Even with the module, it's not as easy as with a swipe lockscreen. You have to pull the clock down, then swipe left to get the camera to open.
