how to enable usb debuuger if pattern is lock

My tablet is lock using pattern. Now Mobile Data (for internet) is disable, Wifi is disable. I come to know that using ADB session I can unlock the pattern but device is not recognize at ADB shell getting (no divice found) most probably due to usb debuuger is also dissabled here. Now my question is how to make it enable if pattern is lock.

Pls help.

I do sympathize with you. I am not aware of any way to get your phone back without a hard reset from the recovery screen. You seem aware of all the possible ways but have no way to enable data or debugging.

If they are pre installed there are apps which can use sms to turn on data remotely such as androidlost...
