I apologize in advance if this is the wrong place to ask what im going to ask.
I'm having a hell of a hard time finding an Android developer to create an app for us. (based on a working website coded in php/mysql/javascript).
Against my better judgement, I tried craigslist, that didnt go well. I've also tried various websites designed for finding developers.
I would really like to find someone fairly local to me (houston, tx) but that seems to be impossible based on how much trouble im having.
The project is fairly simple. It will have some gps tracking/mapping features, and mostly will be a tool for residential service technicians to create proposals quickly and easily.
Anyway, if anyone could point me to a forum or group I would be grateful.
