How to find out what's using network based location service?

Hi,

I just got a Huawei Ascend II (Gingerbread, not rooted yet). If I leave on the "use wireless networks to get location" feature, the battery drains twice as fast. There are no programs running that should obviously be polling the location that often. GPS is off.

Is there a way to figure out exactly which programs or services are using the network-based location service?
