Here I'm going to giving you a few simple steps to try out.
Step 1: Check on your Wi-Fi connection and make sure that it is working properly.
Step 2: Go to your IOS settings and toggle the connections off and on.
Step 3: IF Wi-Fi isn’t working properly, you need to switch your data plan.
Step 4: In that case, you need to go to the phone setting and turn off the Wi-FI settings.
Step 5: Go to the Cellular data connection in your mobile device setting and disable it and switch to Wi-Fi only for Kik.
Step 6: Give a force close to the app and reopen it and refresh connections.
Step 7: Restart your mobile device.
