    Reboot the device.

    (show system)
    Google Play Services
    manage data
    clear all data

    (back to apps)

    Google Play Store
    clear data

    (back to homescreen)

    Open the Play Store app.

    reset all your previous settings.

Scroll down to About Play Store
    tap it.

This will let you know if the Play Store app is up to date.

    Go back to My Apps.

    Check for updates.

Before you try any of them, wait for five minutes or so, because Google will probably want to download a bit of whatever to Google Play Services.

After this, it should work fine again.

Well, it may have looked better, but it did not mention deleting the data from Google Play Services, which is often necessary (in my experience) to remedy this issue.

So, as I have noticed throughout my life, things that look better are not always better.

try changing your network from Wifi to 4G or 4G to Wi-fi

Still now, i am not able to install or update apps on my oneplus5t via Cellular Network. But i can via in-house Wi-fi

OK so I did what you said but I'm not sure it worked for the jp5 tablets and I looked and I don't have Google play services

    The device for prisoners?

Well, right there is why you can't download apps- and why Google Services is not installed.

If you are out, the very best remedy for you, your time, and your effort, is to get another device.

See if you can't get one of the free phones from the government {that is what I am using to type this answer}.

If you are die-hard set on making this device work, then may I suggest looking on this forum specifically for the sections devoted to the JP5.
There is extensive information here about how to get that device to do at least some of what a typical civilian device can do.

Unfortunately, this performance will still be lss than can be expected from a $20 Android phone from the local dollar store.

    I know it sucks, man.
But it is what it is.

If it is the device that I think it is, hopefully you got all your personal media {pics, videos, documents, etc.} off of it and stored online or on an SD card {preferably both}.

    Good luck.

Try to clear all the data of your Play Store as well as clear the cache, if the problem still persists then try to download apps from your phone's native app store like Samsung has its own Samsung store
