Root How to get MSL without EPST?

I am using CM7 and most EPST codoes don't work...
The only one works is *#*#372#*#* as far as I can tell.....
The vmusa webstie error method does not work any more, getprop does not show ril.msl
I can't get CDMA workshop demo to show MSL either

What is it that you are trying to do. If it would benefit the ROM I would like to know.

You must have missed the part that says you have to be on stock ROM
