how to get refunded for a purchased app?

I bought an app for 2.99 through paypal. I dont really like it and heard they will refund within 24 hrs if not satisfied. How does one go about the return process?

I thought you just had to uninstall it but I could be wrong. I haven't tried it yet.

If it's within 24 hours it will say "Uninstall and Refund" when you go to uninstall it from the Market.

I believe I read that if you uninstall within 24 hours of the purchase, your card isn't charged the purchase price. I haven't had to do that yet, so I can't say with 100% certainty.

Find the app in the market, and in the first 24h 'uninstall and refund' will be an option at the bottom of the description. You get a email regarding the refund almost instantaneously (I doubt the charge ever has time to go through.)

Ummm, IIRC, the 24 hour thing applies to apps bought directly from the Market, through Checkout. If you use PayPal, you likely made a donation for an app, and I do not think you'll be eligible for a refund, unless the developer is a kind hearted soul.

This is correct.

If you bought it through PayPal, you will need to contact the Dev directly.
