Help How to get to first text in a conversation...

... without scrolling?

This is bothering me to no end. I do it on accident on occasion, but can never figure out what press.

My girlfriend and I have 1800+ texts between us. I wanted to go back and show her our first texts, but if I try and scroll it takes forever due to the length of the thread.

There HAS to be a simple way.

This is an Epic on 2.2, by the way.

Kick the keyboard open while in the texts and it'll default to the first text.

I tried and it does not work for me. When I open the keyboard the screen remains at the same position.

No idea then. That method always works for me (and I can't stand it).

That only works sometimes. And it never makes sense, it just randomly goes to the first text on occasion when I open the keyboard.

96.7% of the time it doesn't work.
