How to have my mobile phone connect to a Windows PC with Remote Desktop Connection?

Is it possible to have my mobile phone connect to a Windows PC with Remote Desktop Connection?

I did have my previous mobile phone, HTC Touch HD(OS: windows mobile 6.0), connect to a Windows XP several years ago.
