Help how to know if pornclub

Hi, i noticed recently that a random download showed up on my samsung s4. I decided to click the download and i was given the option of either scanning it with my avg anti virus or download installer (i think that was the name). I clicked the avg option and it showed the app was not installed because it was from an unknown websource. I checked my apps to see if i saw the pornclub app and it wasnt there however, a few minutes later i saw another download called 'quick swipe' appear i downloaded malwarebytes and was able to remove it. My question is how would i know if the pornclub malware is present on my phone? I am not getting any pop ups or glitches as described on other threads.
