    Hey guys

I have an old BLU phablet and I want to use it for mostly audio and maybe some video purposes listening and watching. I going to be listening to it while I'm driving so I wont have any connections to the internet , so i was just wondering if I can do this while its offline?

Any app or device recommendation would be great!

Not clear exactly what content you are interested in.

There are a variety of podcast players that can download content for offline viewing: beyondpod is one.
TED app allows you to download 5-10 minute talks that can be very interesting.

If you have content (music, videos) that you have obtained legally in standard file formats, you can of course transfer those to your phone and view them using stock or 3rd party media players while off-line.
