Help How to make conference call from Lollipop?

Hi.
I am having Google Nexus 4 device. Recently, I have received the Lollipop update and updated my smartphone to Lollipop. Now I am not able to make conference call from my smart phone which was possible before upgrade. Any suggestions or Fix?

OP, you might try using an alternative dialer app (check the Play Store) to see if that helps.
