How to make phone use full picture as wallpaper

Is there anyway because I want to set a picture but all my phone does is crops the picture.

I hadn't thought about that before.

Maybe if you use a program on a pc to 'shrink' the full pic to the same size the phone requires, it will work?

I've shrunk stuff in Photoshop and changed it to 72 DPI. and it still gets cropped.

I think the phone might just have a set area.

If you were to add a white border around the pic to the same ratio the phone crops out, that should get around it...

Mine crops in a cross shape, one bar for portait, one for landscape so one crop fits all.
