    Hi in my galaxy fit mobile i have some songs.I want to make on of the song as ring tone for incoming calls. Wt can i do.. please help me out..

    Go to Settings > Sound > Phone Ringtone > select Android system and select the ringtone.

    @OP:
    if you are trying to make songs which are in memory card, then rename that forlder as ringtones it will work, else install ringdroid app(you can get it from android market), that will surely do

    Hi gthrivikram,

    Even I suffered with the same problem with my FIT, however I managed to get the job done. Just follow the steps below u will get the song as ringtone.

    1. Play the song (either using music player or selecting from My Files)
    2. while playing the song, click the " settings " touch button i.e. nothing but the left touch button on your phone beside the center button on the phone.
    3. Now here you can find "set as Ringtone" option.
    4. You`re done. Congos.

    this how i did it...

    created a folder on sd card as ringtones....

    then long pressed on any song in that folder and it straightway gave some options including to use that song as ringtone....
