Help How to move a file from SD Card to Dropbox?

I'm playing with SMS Backup and created a backup. Now I would like to move this file from the SD Card to Dropbox so I can grab it on my PC.

Is there any way to achieve this?

If you are using the official Dropbox app, then you can install OI File Manager to do the trick. From within Dropbox, you select OI File Manager to browse through your directory to find the backup file and upload to Dropbox
