How to move files from PC to phone

I recently switched form Droid X to Razr Maxx and now I can't transfer files from my pc to the phone - at least it doesn't seem to work the same was as it did before. Any ideas on what I'm missing?

Have you mounted your phone to the PC ?? another way is to take your SD card out and transfer it that way from the PC to the Card.

You can also check here in your device forum, I am sure they will have a better suggestion and solution for you, Motorola Droid RAZR / RAZR MAXX
