I would like to move some folders and their content from my android tablet to my windows pc. I can see the folders on the tablet and they are prefixed with .kjhkjh , however Windows Explorer doesn't recognise them as Hidden files. Is it possible to make the folders visible in Windows Explorer without changing the folder names ? What can I do ?

The folder .kjhkjh, according to Windows, has no name, so it doesn't actually exist. (The name is the part to the LEFT of the dot.)

Rename the folder temporarily, copy it over to Windows, then rename it back. (I'd just remove the dot to transfer it.)
