I have a Blu Studio 5.3 android phone and a phone call recorder. The recorded calls end up with the extension .thumbdata5 I can't open it. What program will open it?

That's a database file, but not one that there's an app to open, since it's not meant to be opened except by the app that created it.

And as it shouldn't be used for recording, I suspect that the app author just chose the extension but isn't creating a real thumbnail (the number is created randomly) type file. That's fine, as long as his program knows what the file is and can open it, although it's kind of frowned on in the programming business to use an established file type for a different type of file. That would be like using .txt as the extension of a picture file that only my picture app can open.
