how to pair blue-tooth headphones to LG phone

I have an LG Optimus Showtime and I recently purchased a set of Craig, blue-tooth headphones, model number:CBH506. I read the translated instructions over 4- times and I'm still in the dark, on how to pair the headphones to my cell Phone. I'm wondering if these headphones are even compatable with my phone. If they are, what steps do I need to take to pair the headphones to the cell phone?

Do what the headphones need to make them searchable (or findable or pairable). Tell the phone, in the Bluetooth panel, to search, It should pair. If there's a number you have to put it (it'll be in the Craig instruction manual), you'll get a text box to type it in.
