How to permanently disable the power saver from notifications and drop down?

I tried to search and I know Its been brought up before. I figured out how to get it off the notification bar at the top but when I pull down my notifications its still there...this is bugging the hell outta me

It's always bugged me as well.

I don't have it up there; I disabled it by grabbing Jmz Power Saver Disable. Make sure you have root. Now I don't have the notification.
