Help how to record internal sound

Hi.
I am a newbie to Android having been ipad for years and this is my first Question.
I have a new Fusion F202 tablet running Android 12, how can I record internal screen sounds onto the tablet ie bird sounds /whale singing ect.

You need to download them, like from here: https://pixabay.com/sound-effects/search/birds/

Hi thanks for your reply. but when I investigated the recorder app on google play it said it is not compatible with my device.
The pixabay reference lists animal sounds which I don't want. I want to be able to record sound fom my tablet onto my tablet.
