Gameloft games leave being a tonne of data when you remove them and my Galaxy S2 only has around 11gb of internal memory, so i'd like to know if there is a way I can remove this data or more it to an SD card?

Download a file explorer app from the market, if you don't have one installed already. I recommend ES File Explorer. Then go to the Gameloft directory and delete it. If you want to keep some game's extra data, be careful what folders you delete. If you want to remove them all, just delete the gameloft folder.
