    Hi everyone,
I rooted my Samsung ace using Superoneclick 1.9.1. However, when I unrooted it, the Superuser Icon is not going away. Could anyone please help me with it.

I need to take my phone to service center due to some hardware issues. And if i am not mistaken a rooted phone does not have warranty!!

    Urgent advice guys...please...
    Thanks

u can give this a try... if its not there in the installed apps in task manager then go to menu... then click soft key button aside the center home button... then select edit... and click on the minus sign on the app... it would be done...

or you just keep pressing the superuser icon for a few second and drag it to the trash. it looks no difference to an unrooted phone.

Oh... if there isnt much data in the phone mem then i think that u should try a factory reset... it would surely do ur job... but i suggest that u should try and wait for a few more days as some pro will surely tell what the exact method is...

When I found out that the Superuser Icon didn't go when the first time I unrooted it, What I did was I rooted the device again using SuperOneClick and again Unrooted the device using SuperOneClick. Surprisingly the Superuser Icon was gone. You can give it a try, Good luck.
