How to render web pages offline and online in android application ?

    We need solution to add self hosted web app inside an android application which is available for both online offline mode. How we can achieve this?

    You can't. Android has no web server capabilities.

    Thanks, but we can save file in internal or external storage and access from there. Is this correct way to do it..?

    What file are you referring to? There are various ways to save data locally for the app.

    Yes you can do that by opening the file by any browser. Just click on the file and select your browser. Even if you don't have a browser you can still open files using Android's 'HTML viewer' application.
