I had my Samsung moment was acting up, had to have it factory reset. I backed up my apps in the Astro file app. Now I downloaded that app. but I don't know how to restore all my apps. Please can someone tell me how to restore them. Or do I have to do each one individually? And I can't remember most of them ;(.
    Thank you.

    In Astro -
    menu > tools > Application Manager/Backup
Tap the backed up apps tab, check the apps you want to restore and tap install.

I use my backup pro, and noticed that it only seems to back up a list of your apps, but you still have to go and re-download them and install them your self (which sucked).

Does Astro do the same thing or does it actually restore them for you? (I also use Astro file manager as well, but never thought about backing anything up on it).

Astro will backup and restore your apps. But my backup pro should do that as well. Weird that yours doesn't
